Soul wanted of spring in these gray days of October. Flipped through magazines, I found "Salad radishes" is what you need! Although I would call this salad is just spring. The original recipe dressed with yoghurt, so for weight watchers or are just not fans of mayonnaise too. But I am a lover of mayonnaise and not a fan of salads with yogurt. Welcome to the table!

Cooking
Set of products is minimal. Designed for 2 servings.
My radishes, cleaned from the roots, and grate on a coarse grater, put in bowl, sprinkle with salt. Some radishes will keep for decoration.
Melted cheese RUB on a small grater and spread on a layer of radishes.
Green onions wash, the feathers finely chop and sprinkle on top of melted cheese.
Fill the salad with mayonnaise (or togruta without filler), spread on top of the radishes that had been left for decoration. All served to the table. Quick, tasty and easy! Bon appetit!
