Eateries balls with red caviar and salmon
Mouth-watering crab cakes with a stuffing from red caviar.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    1 can

  • Caviar

    60 g

  • Cheese curd

    1 pack

  • Horseradish

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Green onions

  • Parsley

  • Salt

Cooking

From canned food to drain the liquid,

Remove seeds, mash with a fork.

Finely chop the green onions. To the salmon add the onion, cream cheese, salt, horseradish, mix well.

Put in the fridge for a while, until the mixture thickens.

Wet hands formed of hardened masses of the balls in the middle which put red caviar.

Ready coat the balls in chopped nuts and then in chopped parsley.

Send the balls into the fridge for 1-1,5 hours for hardening. Bon appetit!!!
