Smoothie Apple pie
The name is easy to guess that the composition of our smoothies will resemble the composition of Apple pie! Of course, smoothies will come out very tasty and nutritious! An excellent reason to start your productive day! After all, calories in a smoothie is much less than any pie!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    30 g

  • Apple juice

    360 ml

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Vanilla

  • Honey

Cooking

Flakes pour hot cream and allow to infuse for 10-15 minutes. I use oat bran from TM "Mistral". A very useful product.

Apples and bananas - peel, cut into. Prepare the remaining ingredients.

Downloadable all the ingredients (except the honey) into a blender and whip until smooth. Then add honey to taste.
