Halva home
Another brought me the recipe. Many living in the Caucasus claim that this is the recipe of their national cuisine. Therefore, in order not to offend anyone this question bypass the party. Just to say that it's really delicious, traditional halva is not much like)))

Ingredients

  • Butter

    600 g

  • Flour

  • Sugar

Melt butter in the pan.

The resulting foam to remove until it is completely gone.

The remaining oil is poured into any receptacle to see how much it can learn. Then fall asleep flour in the ratio 1:3, i.e. the flour in three times more than oil. And fry it on high heat stirring constantly with a wooden spoon (very important!!!) until it becomes brown. Mixes difficult (I warn you once!).

Looks like ready meal, then pour into it two parts sugar, i.e. it turns out the ratio of butter to 1 part flour 3части:sugar 2части. And continue to not bother stopping.

When the sugar is evenly mixed with the remaining ingredients, remove from heat.

Put in a single container. Even out with a spoon when the paste has cooled slightly, cut it in portions, otherwise then it will be creepy to crumble. And put into the fridge (we left overnight).
