Gorgeous pie!!! One of my "crown&a mp;quot; and favorite recipes. Know that variants of preparation of this cake a great many, and your offer. Very nourishing, appetizing and delicious!

  • Cabbage

  • Onion

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

First I made the filling. It can be anything, I have cabbage, carrots+onions+mushrooms. Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Separately mix the vegetable oil!!!, eggs, milk and flour. Add the yeast.

Knead the dough. It is very nice and elastic, it should not stick to hands.

Divide the dough in half. One half rascati, 1/2 packs of margarine to RUB on a our tortilla, fold the tortilla in half and again rascati. You need to roll carefully so that the margarine is not broke the dough, and remained inside.
