Cheese cakes with plums
Tender cakes with a delicate cheese pastry and a filling of sweet juicy plums!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Flour

    420 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Drain

    15 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly in a blender.

Pour vegetable oil, stir again.

Add baking powder and gradually vsypaya flour, (amount of adjust in the course of kneading) knead smooth, not stick to hands, soft dough.

Cover the bowl with the dough with a cloth and leave for 1-1,5 hours.

Plum wash, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Add sugar, mix well.

Divide the dough into small pieces (I got 17 pieces), roll the piece of dough into a pancake about 4-5 mm thick, in the middle put the filling.

Put the patties on a baking tray lined with baking paper, seam side down, brush with beaten egg yolk. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes until Golden brown.
