Rice noodles with seafood
Easy healthy dish. Perfect for a holiday table (especially since soon the New year on the Chinese calendar), and every day. Cooked very quickly and easy, and naturally brewed soy sauce gives this dish a unique taste.

Ingredients

  • Cellophane

    200 g

  • Seafood

    300 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Seafood one can buy any according to Your wishes and the presence of in the refrigerator. Even some of the same species, for example, only shrimp. Thawed seafood to marinate for 20 minutes In mixture of 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. I took soy sauce TM Kikkoman.
