I have a very large potato, cut into sticks thick as a finger.
Apple need not sour, it with the skin on cut into strips, slightly thinner than the potatoes. Potatoes should be more than just 50% of the total food, 30% apples and 20% pepper.

Prepare a simple but delicious sauce that perfectly accentuate the taste of potatoes. Cream mix with sour cream, you can change the proportions to your taste, a good cream will alleviate the acid of sour cream. Chop a lot of greens, I used green onions, spinach, and parsley. Salt them a bit.
The sauce is ready, you can apply!
Decorate the finished dish with greens. Bon appetit!!!
It is very, very tasty! The post can be served without the sauce or make a sauce of mustard+olive oil and herbs.
