Salmon by Jamie Oliver
Another good recipe from the cordon Bleu. The basic idea is to reveal the taste of the salmon through the marinade. The method of preparation can be any of: bake, fry in a pan or, as in my case, to cook on the coals.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    3 piece

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    3 piece

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    10 g

Cooking

The basis of dishes: fish, rosemary and mastermind.

Fresh rosemary finely cut.

Add to it the juice of one lime.

Finely chopped capers.

All combine and add sea salt and olive oil.

In this mixture marinate our fish. I did it again about 3 hours.

You can cook in different ways: 1. pan fry until cooked. 2. bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. 3. put in a steamer for 15-20 minutes. 4. to cook on the coals. We chose this option, cooking for about 30 minutes.

The fish turned out juicy, with a crust, with a stunning aroma of herbs! Highly recommend this marinade! Bon appetit!
