Cooking
Blueberries and currants to sort and rinse well in running water.
Black currants put into a saucepan and boil on a small fire for 5 minutes to soften. Then punch a blender and RUB through a sieve. You should get 300 ml black currant puree. Put the blueberries into a saucepan in which to cook the jam and add puree black currant.
There also add 500 gr. sugar. Cook on medium heat (removing the scum) for 20 minutes, then pour another 100 grams. of sugar and boil for another 5 minutes.
Pour into prepared (hot) jam into sterilized jars and close the lids (boil lids). To warm and leave until cool. Store a cool place or in the pantry.
The recipe for this jam is very simple and easy to implement, but as the saying goes: "All ingenious - is simple!" The jam is very tasty and fragrant, moderately sweet with a pleasant acidity.
