Cooking
Butter room temperature, egg, brown sugar and vanilla, mix.
Add grated carrots and cereal.
Introduce the flour.
Knead the dough and refrigerate for 10 - 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Shape the meatballs and spread on a baking sheet. Bake until tender for 20-25 minutes.
