Wanted for dinner mashed potatoes with the liver. Decided to cook her some alternative way. Came out really delicious!

Cooking
First boil potatoes mashed. While cooking, doing the liver (i.e., the films). Cut it in thin slices (so I got pork, its easy to cut).
Dip them in flour, a little salt. Then fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
From boiled until cooked potatoes make puree: drain all the water, add grated cheese, egg, flour and spices. Crushed and put to cool.
On a baking vystelit paper for baking. Proceed to the pellets. Take some potatoes, put it on a piece of liver, and cover with another layer of potatoes. To made easy and the dough did not stick to the hands, constantly wetting your hands with cold water.
