Techlink traditionally prepared in a Russian oven. It's something like a casserole of pumpkin with sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs. Another old Russian village recipe from my collection of recipes "from the people". In the absence of the oven cooking in the oven, but who has an oven, cook it - the taste is unique it turns out! I remember it from childhood when eating Techlink my grandmother in the village. Stage of the competition: "Breakfast"

Cooking
I was like this with pumpkin.
Clean it, cut into pieces randomly. Put in a saucepan, sprinkle 2 tbsp of sugar, pour a glass of water and put out in 30 minutes. Under the hood.
Put the stewed pumpkin in a bowl.
Pour the remaining sugar.
Whisk well. Add the yolks from the eggs. Whisk again.
Then in a separate bowl, whip the whites until fluffy foam.
Gently stir in a spoonful of whites into the resulting mass.
The form for baking cover baking paper, pour the mixture. Of course, grandma in the village no paper was used, and baked in the oven in a large dish. But for the oven paper recommend.
Bake about 90 minutes, until browned at 180 degrees. Of course, in the Russian oven, the crust turns out with nothing comparable to taste, dark, sweet and aromatic. In the oven, of course, also very tasty, but the oven... Oh, I dream about it!
