The recipe of fish crumble I came across last spring and waited in our, so to speak, the district will begin the season malacosta fish. With the onset of cold weather, we have a huge selection of fish. Finally, I cooked the fish crumble. Very, very tasty! Cooking
First make crumble: put in a Cup of flour, prisolit, add the soft butter and mash with a fork into fine crumbs. The author of the recipe Karina offers: "Cut the butter into small cubes, put in blender, add the flour and the "pulsant" make a few turns, until the mixture will take a crumb consistency".
Then pour the crumbs on zastelennye baking paper baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 10-13 minutes until Golden brown.
To cut pieces of fish fillet.
To make the sauce: smetana mixed with mustard, sugar and add the juice of lime/ lemon, pepper, melted butter and chopped dill. Mix well.
If you cook crumble along with the potatoes, then peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices, season with salt. Put in a bigger form or a La carte, pour the cream and pre-bake 10 minutes. If you cook fish this recipe miss!
Then in the form (or on potatoes) lay the fish, pour the sauce and put in preheated to 200 C oven for 7-8 minutes. Then take out the fish, sprinkle with crumble and put in oven for 4 minutes.
