Probably not who loves herring so as I love her. And to say that this Mincemeat melts in your mouth, means to say nothing.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread

    100 g

  • Milk

    100 g

Cooking

Soak bread in milk, leave for 5 minutes.

Herring separated from the spine, rib bones and skin.

Herring fillet, carrots, onions butter and squeezed bread mince twice. To the resulting mass add the sunflower oil and mix well. Mincemeat is ready.
