Cream soup with garlic
From a minimum of ingredients, simple and delicious. This soup will brighten up your meals and warm in cold days. A velvety texture and spicy flavor will leave a pleasant taste memories!

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    12 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Croutons

Cooking

Garlic to clean. Take a saucepan or pot in 1 litre. Pouring 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the garlic over low heat until soft. Not brown! Stir from time to time. It will take about 6-7 minutes.

Pour the broth or water. Add spices. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes at a small boil without a lid.

Stir the yolks with a fork with 1 tbsp. oil and add 2-3 layers. a spoon of broth, stirring so the yolks don't curdle.

Garlic whisk immersion blender or RUB through a sieve. The egg mass add to garlic. Stir and heat the soup without allowing boiling. Serve immediately.

You can pour it into cups or plates, garnish with fresh/dried parsley. If you serve with toast, two slices of bread, slice finely and dry 2-3 minutes in the microwave or the oven. Bon appetit!
