Delicious with a soft texture and a light aroma of lemon, cupcake.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Raisins

    0.75 cup

In a bowl add the softened butter (180 gr.), add the sugar (2 cups).

RUB the softened butter with the sugar until smooth.

Gradually add the eggs (3 PCs.).

The mixture grind to the consistency of sour cream. To the egg-butter mixture, add soda (1 teaspoon), slaked lemon juice (3 tablespoons).

Add sour cream (1 Cup).

Add yogurt (1 Cup).

Soak raisins in cold water for 2-3 hours, then rinse. Prepared raisins added to the mix.

Gradually, portions add the flour (3.5 cups).

Knead the batter.

In a baking pan add the cooked dough. To send the form in a preheated t170-180C oven. Baking time 60 min. Bake the cake until dry kindling. I want to note that the temperature and the cooking time selects each independently, focusing on the capabilities of your oven, all of them are different. I give only an approximate baking time.

The finished cake remove from the form, cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze.
