Cooking
Here are the ingredients required for the preparation of open sand cake with strawberry jam.
Softened butter to mix with sugar.
Add egg and soda.
Add a portion of flour. Knead the dough.
Prepared for cutting the dough roll into the reservoir. Cut a circle with a thickness of about 1 cm.
In the middle put a strawberry or any other jam, stepping back from the edge approximately 2 cm.
Draw pie to taste. Pie brush with beaten egg and send in the oven. Bake until ready.
Ready the cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea!
