Austrian cake "Mohr im Hemd" - "moor in a shirt" is no less popular than the famous "Sacher& quot; or Apple strudel. The name of the cupcake "moor in a shirt" was found in Viennese cookery books, starting with the 20-ies of the twentieth century, but very similar recipes with less exotic names were used many decades earlier in sophisticated bakeries in the Imperial capital. Chocolate cake-top class! Something absolutely incredible!
