Cheese biscuits or cheese sticks
Cheese sticks happened by chance. I wanted to make cheese biscuits and cheese was gone, so decided to experiment... which was a success!!! Very tasty cookies, crunchy, yet fresh, and after storage in the refrigerator becomes soft. Overall: yum! Very tasty with a Cup of coffee or a beer! Try it - you will not regret!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

1. Knead the dough. I do it all at once in food processor. Spread margarine and cheese, cut into small pieces. Scroll with a knife - shredded cheese and mix with margarine. The flour poured all at once over, turns out as a baby. Pour water with salt and roll again until smooth dough. Water takes a little more than 0.5 cups, about two-thirds.

2. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and immediately put in freezer for cooling. One piece left for work.

4. Sausage rolls or cut shapes of cookies. I don't really like the process of cutting shapes and I have simplified to a minimum. Rolled out on the baking sheet, and then just moved on to the rolling in the hands.

5. Spread on a sheet of foil.

6. Spread with distance, as in the baking process sticks swell. Foil no grease, since cookies are so oily

7. Put into the oven 8. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Landmark on your oven. At a higher temperature, the cookies can burn, lower long to dry

10. Forgot an important point... While baking the first batch, I rolled the second sheet of foil. So it turns out a continuous process.
