The fish thawed, cleaned to remove the fins and entrails, wash well and cut into small pieces. Every piece of fish rubbed with salt, black pepper and roll in soy sauce. For this dish I used a wonderful sauce Teriyaki marinade sauce TM Kikkoman. Fish leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes, and then depends on Your employment. The longer marinated, the richer the taste.

To prepare the vegetables. Onions cut into half rings, bell pepper and cabbage - thin strips, carrots grate on medium grater, and chop the garlic in any convenient way for You (I rubbed on a fine grater).

The fish is marinated. In a deep, large frying pan (I use diameter 26) to heat the oil (~ 3st. L.). Every piece of fish roll in flour and fry on each side until it will turn brown.

Until the fish is cooked, we fry the vegetables. In a small frying pan, heat vegetable oil (~ 2st. L.) fry Vegetables, adding in turn. First fry the onion until soft, then carrots, then bell pepper (~5 min) and then Chinese cabbage with garlic. All the vegetables (except bell pepper) fry no more than 2-3 minutes.

Vegetables to add to the fish, trying to distribute them in an empty part of the pan. Pour water, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes on medium heat. At the end of cooking to turn off the stove and leave the dish for at least 15 minutes. Top taste you can sprinkle with herbs. A delicious seafood dinner ready, please to the table.
