Grandma's recipe. I want to share with you my grandmother's recipe of noodles. The point is - that when cutting it is not sticky! You can do wide and narrow, as you like.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    0.75 cup

  • Salt

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Soda

Water, egg and mix well. Add salt, to the solution was salty.

Add half Cup of flour, soda and mix well the dough. I do it in blender.

1 Cup flour pour on the table and put the dough. Thoroughly knead the dough turned out stiff.

Divide the dough into 4 parts. One part I always leave cakes to the soup-noodles.

Thinly roll out the dough, cut into 6 pieces.

To put on a high heat a frying pan and heat. Then put on a hot frying pan the rolled out dough and fry (dry) with 2 sides on medium heat. No butter necessary!

Get these pellets. Stacked them on one another, so it does not dry out.

We cut our tortillas into strips. And there, how much you like thin or fat noodles. The dough is not sticky and with it you can do anything, anything soul!

We like not very narrow noodles. The rest of the noodles I spread on a newspaper and dry for about 6 hours. Then put them in a package. The resulting noodles is enough for 3 times to boil the soup once primerano 4 servings.

There is still one part of the test. When the soup is ready, roll out the dough and fry in a pan without oil with 2 sides. The soup is served hot instead of bread. Is always popular. Bon appetit!
