Jellied fish
Somehow, after watching "twist of fate", my husband and I decided to prove that jellied fish is not disgusting, and even quite the contrary. And so this process was really into it for every holiday her fill, and always it from the table, the first disappears!

Ingredients

The fish is cleaned of scales, disemboweled and carefully remove the fillet. Then cut off the head, and all this wash. Bones and the head put in a saucepan and fill with cold water. Broth to cool down a bit, carefully strain and add gelatine according to the instructions. Make room in the fridge and let cool for dish, which will cover the fish. Pour the broth to cover the bottom and set to harden.

Baked fillet gently expand, divide into portions and spread on a frozen broth. The head (if large) slightly flatten, and there the same. Each piece to pour the broth and again in the cold.

While it all hardens, prepare the decoration: cut slices olives, make rings and circles of carrot, pomegranate peel, shared the green beautiful leaves.
