Stumbled upon the recipe for this cookie. Saw the photo, studied the recipe and immediately had a desire to bake. On weekdays I try to cook meals, including desserts that do not require a large investment of time and fit perfectly into my schedule of the day. Cookie enjoyed it very much!

Cooking
Powdered sugar pour into a bowl. Softened butter cut into pieces and mix with powdered sugar. Mix the flour, yeast and cocoa. Then combine cream mixture with flour, knead until smooth. From the dough to form a bun, wrap it in foil and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then roll the dough into a sausage and cut into equal pieces. From each part roll into a bun, slightly press it with the palm, in the middle make a depression.
Protiven cover with baking paper, put the rows of the workpiece. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes ( or less)
When cookies have cooled, the recess ( hole) to fill in the chocolate paste.
