Spring salad with celery
Spring has arrived, it's time to prepare light salads. Offer vegetable salad with the addition of cottage cheese and celery. Celery is useful because it is low in calories. Stem celery can be added to any vegetable salad, slightly spicy taste of the greens goes well with all vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    40 g

  • Pepper

    60 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    70 g

  • Radishes

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Vegetables cut into cubes, onion rings.

Vegetables stir, add spices.

In a salad bowl put layers half of the prepared vegetables. Add 1 tbsp of cheese, top with vegetables and cheese again.
