All of our usual salad "herring under a fur coat" that accompanies many celebrations. But herring herring, and the coat can change...
Ingredients

Herring

Mushrooms
300 g

Walnuts
0.5 cup

Onion

Carrots

Chicken egg
3 piece

Mayonnaise

Greens

Vegetable oil
Cooking
First fry the onions and carrots. Set aside to cool.
Fry the mushrooms.
Herring clean, cut, mix with chopped walnuts.
Put in a bowl layers of herring with nuts, mayonnaise. Then a layer of eggs and mayonnaise again.
The next layer - roasted onions with carrot... mayonnaise. Layer the fried mushrooms... and again grease with mayonnaise.
On top of the salad sprinkle with herbs and put them in the cold brew.
