I offer an absolute, in my opinion, a hit among salads for a healthy diet. As well as sharing information about the principles of combinations and ways of handling products not only for this salad, but other dishes, which are major steps on the path to healthy eating.

Cooking
To prepare the products.
Marinate the chicken breast in a tablespoon of olive oil with the juice of half a lemon, generously adding curry for later roasting * * All meat products I fried a certain way, more on that below. If you don't want or can't eat fried - just boil a chicken breast or cook for a couple and sprinkle of curry. Salad will not suffer in taste.
Prepare the filling: natural yogurt (I use Greek) and add the juice of the second lemon halves, a spoonful of curry and a half a teaspoon of sweet (Dijon) mustard. Mix well.
Scrape the carrots and cut into small strips.
From the pineapple to cut off the peel, remove the core and cut into rings.
Cut the ring into pieces.
Lettuce leaves washed and dried. Then coarsely pick by hand.
Very good to heat up a grill pan and put it on her chicken breast. I roasted on a dry pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. After frying the second side turn off the fire and leave the meat to "reach". The high heat allows the meat "sealed", thanks to the instantly formed crust, and retains all its juices inside. This method of cooking will never allow you to dry the chicken breast, and fully preserve all of its healthy and nutritional properties.
While the fried chicken breast, mix in a bowl all the prepared ingredients, season with yogurt sauce and stir.
Ready chicken breast cut across the grain diagonally and mix with the salad. Or cut the breast directly into the salad. The taste can be adjusted by yourself by adding the curry, lemon juice and/or mustard. No salt this salad is not required. It works equally well with a warm chicken and completely cooled down. You can fill this salad just before serving.
