Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Vinegar

    70 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    70 ml

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

Add chopped parsley, thinly sliced garlic. Add salt and sugar. Pour Apple cider vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix gently and leave for 30 minutes.
