Soup with whole wheat dumplings
Cooking will not take You a lot of time, and the result will please. The soup turns out flavorful, rich and hearty.

Ingredients

  • Beef

  • Potatoes

  • Onion

  • Tomato

  • Greens

  • Wheat groats

  • Flour

  • Water

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Tomato paste

  • Bay leaf

Cooking

Meat washed and cut into small portioned pieces. Add water (2 liters) and then boil for 30 minutes. During this time, chop the onion.

Fry in sunflower oil for 6-7 minutes. Add the finely chopped greens and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
