Low temperature chicken
Ideal as a replacement for store-bought sausage in the sandwiches! For kids and adults! Very tasty! Help yourself! :)

Ingredients

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Thyme

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

Take chicken, cut off wing tips and tail, thoroughly scrub the insides to allow for air circulation. RUB the butter inside and sprinkle with thyme, lemon cut into two pieces and also sticks inside, sprinkle with salt-pepper and put in oven heated to 90 DEGREES CELSIUS for 4 hours. Make sure the oven is all different.
