Chinese fried dumplings
Dumplings stuffed with pork and Chinese cabbage, served with soy sauce. And I like sour cream and soy sauce. The recipe is not mine.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Water

    375 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

Prepare the stuffing. Finely shred the cabbage.
