Mashed potatoes baked with garlic and cheese
Under got his hands on an old magazine "Culinary workshop", where, among many interesting recipes, was recipes with cheese. I wanted to try to cook a new option for me mashed potatoes, have prepared and do not regret it - delicious. You can submit as a garnish to meat, fish, or simply eat a piece of this "potato zapekanka", drinking cold milk. Prepares simple, looks elegant. I recommend to prepare.

  • Garlic

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Parmesan

  • Bread crumbs

  • Black pepper

Here is a set of products will I need for cooking. Potatoes are washed and brushed.
