Been looking for a dough recipe for the oven, once having tasted this recipe, I realized: this is it. The dough was tender and soft, and ready in a few minutes.

Cooking
Mix all ingredients and knead the dough, the dough will be elastic and soft. Long knead not necessary, the dough should remain soft but not stick to hands. Leave the dough for 2 hours to stand in a warm (if I don't have time, bake all at once, and still turns out well).
All the time the dough is cut, it all depends on the desired size of pies.
Shape the cakes, any sweet filling, in my case, it's the dried fruit with the jam. Grease egg yolk.
Bake at 180 degrees on a lined baking paper baking sheet until Golden brown, about 20 minutes.
