Cooking
Cranberries wash, dry on a towel.
Add half of the sugar. Berries with sugar to crush into a soft mush.
The second half of the sugar, add the cottage cheese, beat with a mixer until cream.
Cranberry and cottage cheese with sugar to combine. Mix well.
Cream vzbit in thick foam.
Mix in cottage cheese - cranberry cream.
Take shape for pudding and the whole inner surface of the mold put some honey.
Then fine crumbs of walnuts.
To shift into the form of cottage cheese - cranberry cream. Cover with cling film and put in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours.
Before serving dip the form for a few seconds in hot water, put the contents on a dish; can garnish with whipped cream and berries.
