Cooking
1. Start with the bulgur. On the bottom of the pan in which to cook the soup, pour oil and slightly heated it.
2. When the oil is hot, pour the bulgur and stir. The bulgur needs to be coated in oil but not swimming in it. Hold for 10 minutes on low heat, stirring regularly and not allowing bulgur to burn.
3. In those 10 minutes finely chop the onion and grate carrot on a small grater.
4. Prepare the ribs. Cut them from the piece of meat, but leaving something on bones.
5. I used store-bought Passat. But you can prepare yourself.
6. After ten minutes add in the sliced onions with the carrots, cut the rib meat and the Passat. The whole thing periodically stir and keep on low heat for another 10 minutes, again not allowing to burn.
7. Then fill up with water (1 - 1.5 liters). Add salt, spices, smoked ribs and cook for 15 minutes.
8. Add diced potatoes and cook until the potatoes are done, stirring occasionally.
9. When potatoes are cooked the soup is ready. Bon appetit!
