Cream soup
This is my favorite creamy soup, because it has everything I love: mushrooms and hunting sausages, and cheese, and greens... one of my favorite soups my husband (and the soups he eats only this and cream-soup with shrimps).

Ingredients

  • Broth

    3 l

  • Bow white

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Salt

  • The processed cheese

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Cheese

  • Greens

  • Sausages

    150 g

Start with the fact that wash, peel and cut the mushrooms and onions.

Place onion and mushrooms in pan, sprinkle with salt and add olive oil, simmer until tender. Onions should fry and buy a pasty consistency.

At this time, while fried mushrooms, pound processed cheese with a fork, add the seasoning

Cook separately the potatoes, when the potato is cooked, peel it and grind (Porirua) together with melted cheese

The mushrooms are ready, a mixture of cheese and potatoes too, the broth boiling (I used a bouillon cube, because I do not have time to defrost meat and cook regular broth). First, add the broth mixture potato-sour, stir, then pour sausage and mushrooms.

Cook under lid on low heat for another 10-15 minutes
