Ratatouille of eggplant, tomatoes and meat
I have long wanted to cook a Ratatouille with vegetables, and to be better fed, added the stuffing. Ratatouille can be served hot and cold. This is a great appetizer or light hot. Try very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Eggplant cut into slices and fry in a nonstick pan without oil, so they are not fried, baked.

In the beef add the chopped onion and garlic, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. All mix well. When the eggplant has cooled slightly, cover them with stuffing.

Tomatoes cut into circles.

In a greased form alternately in a circle lay the eggplant with minced pork and slices of tomato.

Add the chopped butter.

Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and put in preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake until Golden brown, approximately 35-40 minutes.
