Cooking
Prepare all the products you see in this picture.
The fish must be freed from skins and bones. Salmon fillet cut into cubes of 1-2 cm
Mix in a bowl. 2st. L. soy sauce, 2 tsp sweet chilli sauce and 2st. L. lemon juice.
Shallots ( I have pictures of big, but I at the last moment changed his mind and took a small onion, shallots) cut lengthwise into strips, green onions finely chop. Mix it all in the bowl with the fish, pour the cooked sauce and stir. Taste. Here you can vary the sharpness of the salad, adding ground chili pepper and salt to taste, if you're not satisfied. Place in refrigerator to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Heat a frying pan and fry without oil 1st. L. rice to slightly yellow. Then grind it in a coffee grinder.
Serve the fish on a large lettuce leaf, sprinkle with ground rice.
