While heating the grill, cleaned the potatoes, greased Rast. oil a baking sheet and put the potatoes cut down. Bake 15-20 min at a temperature of 200 gr. on average lattice.

While baked potatoes, prepare the mushroom stuffing :) Cut and fry the onion.

Then add sliced mushrooms (I had mushrooms).

When the mushrooms are ready, ripe and potatoes. Take it out of the convection oven. Spoon a little shovel in the middle of the potato and put it in a bowl for the filling. Add the mushrooms, mayonnaise, garlic and stir. Before you put the filling, sprinkle with salt potatoes. And bake for 10-15 minutes, until Golden brown.
