Cooking

step-0
Connect the flour with spices, baking powder and salt.
step-1
In a separate bowl, whisk the butter with the sugar. I use fine brown sugar TM Mistral. It is great for baking because it has a pleasant caramel flavor and is quite small.
step-2
Add egg and honey and whisk again.
step-3
In the butter-egg mixture, add the raisins and candied fruits, pre-soaked in hot water.
step-4
Gradually add the flour.
step-5
In a greased form pour the batter. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
step-6
For glaze, mix 1 tbsp melted butter, 1 tbsp milk and gradually pour powdered sugar. Pour the prepared pastry and cut into squares.
step-7
Serve hot or cold. Delicious in any form. Bon appetit!
