Cheese sticks with your soup
Very tasty cheese sticks, which are hard to put down. A great addition to any soups, and onion soup. They can successfully replace bread and toast.

    80 g

Cooking

step-0
Grate cheese on a coarse grater. The cheese can be changed, but remember that it strongly depends on the taste of the finished dish. If you take less spicy and salty variety, you will need to increase the amount of salt. Softened butter mixed with grated cheese. Add the flour, milk, baking powder and salt. Quickly knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
step-1
Chilled dough roll out to a thickness of about 5 mm and cut into narrow strips with a width of 2 cm and a length of about 15 cm.
step-2
Each strip wrap on a stick or pencil, and then gently remove it. I made changes and the next strip was just twisted.
step-3
Lay the spirals on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake for about 15 minutes until Golden brown.
