Cooking
Here are the ingredients we need to make a cake.
For the dough soft butter to mix with sugar.
Add baking powder, flour and knead the dough. Optionally, you can add a little vanilla. The dough tighten the food film and put in the fridge for a while will prepare the filling.
To prepare the filling, the nuts to go through and chop with a knife (or in a food processor, but quite large!)
For the sauce, it is very important to use brown sugar, it imparts a unique caramel flavor (and become caramelizing perfectly, by the way). If you don't have brown sugar you can use regular, but the taste is not the same.
Pour the sugar into a dry frying pan and caramelize over medium heat, stirring constantly. Make sure that the sugar is not burnt.
When the sugar melts, gradually add the cream, stir. The cream should be warm, or at room temperature, to from the sudden change of the mixture turned into a caramel. Add the cream in small portions, to 1st.l. Add honey, mix well.
To bring the mass to a boil, add the nuts, stir and remove from heat. A lot cool.
Remove dough from refrigerator, divide into 2 parts. One part put into a form (I'm no oil, the dough is oily enough as it is) to do the skirting with a height of 3cm.
On the dough put the filling, smooth.
The remaining roll the dough, lay the top edge to take. Bake pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30min order.
Ready cake cool and sprinkle the top with icing sugar.
Brewing delicious tea, cut into chunks and call the closest and most favorite people at the table!
