Drain juice from canned cherries. Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, butter, vanilla sugar, salt, egg and milk, knead the dough. Divide the dough into 4 pieces, each 2 parts roll out. Pelmennica a good sprinkle of flour. Turn the oven on 190-200*. One rolled out a cake to put on the pelmennica into the recesses to enclose the cherries, cover with the second rolled out the cake and "roll" with a rolling pin until ravioli are not separated from each other and can be pulled out. In General, we do everything as well as in the preparation of traditional dumplings. A little trick: the pelmennica put on a Cup of suitable diameter, then the convex part of the "dumplings" will not stick to the table (seen in the photo). With the two pieces of dough do the same thing. Gather together scraps of dough again, divide into 2 parts and roll out - will be enough for one serving of the "dumplings".
This idea was spotted on a German website, "fired up" to make and store only the forms for dumplings. As always, pelmennica disappeared as soon as needed. Had to take a pelmennica from her.
