Yogurt cake with berries
Easy and delicious cake with frozen berries. Is very easy and niesamowicie. But most importantly, it WITHOUT BAKING and WITHOUT FLOUR! Something in the recipe from a magazine, something from me. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    250 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Berry

    300 g

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Cream

    800 ml

  • Dry red wine

  • Thickener for cream

    2 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Cookies should be crushed into crumbs. This can be done in a blender or chopper. Or put in a plastic bag and crush using a rolling pin.

Melt the butter and mix it with the crumbs of biscuits. Very good mix. A side split form set on a dish and pour the mixture biscuits and butter. Spread evenly, tamp it down and put the design in the refrigerator.

Berries to defrost. Enough to leave them for half an hour at room temperature. Soak gelatine for 5 minutes in cold water. Berries put in a saucepan, add sugar, cinnamon and wine, reheat, stirring constantly. Add the squeezed out gelatine. Mix well and let cool slightly.

To the berries add the yogurt, mix well. 600ml whipping cream and admixed in the mass.

Spread the cream on the cake and smooth. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours. I leave for the night.

Can only get the cake out of the fridge, remove the side and decorate the cake with the remaining whipped cream and berries. Before serving, sprinkle the berries through a strainer powdered sugar.
