Fish soup from canned food
Yesterday I sat on the website and did not notice that evening had come. Here the husband will come from work, and I have the first course not. Rushed to the fridge and came across canned food "the SAURY IN OIL". Here it is, my dear, will be my soup. Fortunately, it is cooked in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Figure

    3 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

    3 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

While the water boils, cook foods.

Boil water, add Bay leaf, pepper, onion. Salt. Then add the potatoes, and after 10 minutes washed rice.

Cut onion finely. Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Fry onion until Golden brown.

Add carrots and stew until ready.

Spread the vegetables in the soup. Add the greens (I had a mixture of dill, parsley, celery and chopped bell pepper). Once the soup has become Golden in color.

Canned open. Oil add to taste. Will richness. And who is weight watching, to merge or do like me - to give to the cat.

The fish apart with a fork into medium-sized pieces.

And put in the soup. Boil for 3-5 minutes, remove from heat. Leave to infuse for 30 minutes.
