Fry the onions in olive oil in a frying pan. In a pan pour oil and add the flour, stir until Golden brown. Add the fried onions. Mix well.
Broccoli wash, cut into small pieces, add to pan with onions and flour. Stir fry 5 minutes. Then pour a little more than half of hot water, stir, add salt and all other spices and cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat for 20 minutes.
