Tomato soup with mushrooms
Read many recipes, something added, something has lowered, and it turned out like this here soup. All my semeistvo it came to taste. Here I want to offer it to you.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    700 g

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    5 piece

  • Parsley

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Tomato paste

    1 can

  • Dill

  • Broth

Cooking

Onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, parsley root, carrots and celery cut. Garlic and parsley root fry in olive oil for a few minutes. Then pull it out. We don't need them.

In the same oil put the mushrooms and onions, close the lid and simmer until soft mushrooms. Then add carrots and celery, cover and simmer until cooked carrots.

Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, spices and simmer under the lid for a few minutes. Then add the tomato paste and dill. Stir, turn off the gas and leave under the lid for 10-15 minutes.

Now in a blender make of our vegetable mashes. Pour in a pan, add broth or water (amount to taste) and bring to a boil. All the soup is ready! Pour into a bowl, add breadcrumbs. BON APPETIT!!!
