Roll of pita
Loaf of bread is, of course, easy to prepare dish, but it is in demand and on weekdays and holidays! I offer the option of your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Crab sticks

    200 g

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

One sheet of lavash spread out on the table, lightly grease with mayonnaise (2,5 tbsp) and sprinkle with chopped dill (1/2 bunch). Cover with the second sheet of pita bread and grease it with remaining mayonnaise.

Holding a grater over the lavash to RUB the egg and crab sticks. If needed, evenly distribute the filling on the surface.

Cabbage finely chop and add to stuffing.

The last layer will be the remaining chopped dill.

Tightly roll the lavash with filling into a log, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours. Bon appetit!
