Our ingredients :-)
The eggs boil hard boiled. Cool, finely chop or grate on a coarse grater.
Pickles very finely chopped (I rubbed on a small grater). Greens finely chop. I used dill and parsley.
With canned fish, drain the liquid and mash with a fork.
Next, we mix all our ingredients (is there a little salt, but it seemed to me that the salt is sufficient). Mayonnaise.
One sheet of lavash spread half of the filling, spread evenly. (If you want the loaf to be more juicy, put some mayonnaise on the surface of the pita bread)
Cover with a second sheet, spread the remaining stuffing, spread well.
Rolled in a pita bread loaf, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
