Salted salmon
Very quickly, this is the fish! Even novice mistress do... and in the Morning bread butter-just super... Enjoy the salty taste...

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

To wash the fish. Dry with a paper towel. Put in glass dish (I had the container with closable lid)

To the fish add 1 tbsp sunflower oil,1 tsp salt,1 tsp sugar, pepper...

Stir and leave in the fridge for 3 days!... (you can stir occasionally so the salt was all over the fish)

After 3 days the fish is ready... spread bread with butter and put on top of fish!!! BON APPETIT!!!
